The CDC Compact Pulse Dust Removable Air Filter Cleaner is engineered to handle varying dust conditions with customizable cartridge options. As dusty air enters the system, larger particles are efficiently trapped and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration phase. Finer dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the cartridges, while the purified air flows through the inner walls of the cartridges, ensuring cleaner air is discharged into the clean room through an attached fan.

This state-of-the-art dust collector features an automatic cleaning system for optimal performance. An electromagnetic valve activates, allowing compressed air to blow through the nozzles and onto the cartridges. The high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridge surfaces, which is then collected in the dust collection box, maintaining the efficiency of the filtration system.
Designed with vertical cartridge installation, this system ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency and minimizes the risk of secondary dust accumulation, delivering consistent and reliable performance.
