The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is engineered to handle various types of dust conditions with utmost efficiency. As dusty exhaust enters the system, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered out and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then flows through the inner walls of the cartridges and is safely discharged by the fan into the clean room.

This sophisticated dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system to maintain peak performance. The electromagnetic valve activates, allowing compressed air to flow through the blowing pipes and onto the cartridge surfaces. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges accumulated dust, which is then collected in the dust collection box, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Our innovative vertical cartridge installation maximizes cleaning efficiency by ensuring thorough pulse cleaning and effectively preventing secondary dust accumulation, making maintenance easier and more efficient.
