Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is designed to handle various dust conditions with selectable cartridges. As the dusty exhaust enters, larger and heavier particles are initially filtered and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted on the cartridges' outer surface, allowing only clean air to pass through the inner wall and into the clean room, where it is safely discharged by the fan.

Equipped with an automatic cleaning system, the dust collector ensures the cartridges remain clean and efficient. The system activates the electromagnetic valve, allowing compressed air to blow through the pipes directly onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust, which is then collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation provides superior pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents any secondary dust accumulation.
