The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers unparalleled adaptability by allowing you to select cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. Once the dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered, settling to the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are expertly intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges, allowing only clean, purified air to pass through the inner walls and be safely discharged by the fan into the cleanroom.
Harness the power of innovation with our advanced automatic cleaning system for cartridges. The electromagnetic valve seamlessly opens, permitting a rush of compressed air through blowing pipes directed at the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges accumulated dust from the outer surface, ensuring it is collected efficiently in the dust collection box.
