Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers unparalleled flexibility with its customizable cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the unit, larger and heavier particles are immediately separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration phase. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted on the cartridges' outer surface. Clean air seamlessly passes through the inner wall of the cartridges, ensuring only purified air enters the clean room for discharge by the fan.

Our state-of-the-art dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. When the electromagnetic valve activates, compressed air is directed through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow efficiently dislodges accumulated dust from the cartridges' outer surface, capturing it in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The vertical installation of the cartridges guarantees exceptional pulse cleaning efficiency while effectively preventing secondary dust accumulation, ensuring your environment remains pristine.
