The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers adaptable cartridge options tailored to diverse dust conditions. When contaminated air flows into the collector, larger and heavier particles immediately collide and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration stage. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are efficiently trapped on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air seamlessly passes through the inner walls of the cartridges and is then released into the clean room, propelled by the fan for discharge.

This advanced dust collector is equipped with an automatic cleaning system that expertly maintains cartridge efficiency. Upon activation, the electromagnetic valve releases compressed air through the blowing pipes directly onto the cartridges. The resulting high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring it is collected in the dust collection box.
The strategic vertical cartridge installation maximizes pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents any secondary dust accumulation.
