The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatility with cartridge choices tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles undergo initial filtration, colliding and settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted on the cartridge's outer surface. Clean air then passes through the inner walls of the cartridges, ultimately entering the clean room for efficient discharge by the fan.

This advanced dust collector features an automatic cleaning system for optimal performance. Upon opening, the electromagnetic valve allows compressed air to surge through the blowing pipes towards the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, ensuring that it is seamlessly collected in the dust collection box.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency, effectively preventing secondary dust accumulation.
