The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is designed for versatile adaptability, allowing you to select cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. When dusty exhaust enters the unit, larger and heavier particles are naturally separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration phase. Finer, lighter dust particles are effectively intercepted on the cartridges' outer surface, while only clean air permeates through the inner wall of the cartridges, subsequently entering the clean room for discharge via the fan.

Featuring an advanced automatic cleaning system, the dust collector ensures optimal cartridge performance. When the electromagnetic valve activates, compressed air is directed through the blowing pipes, effectively dislodging dust from the cartridges' outer surface with a high-pressure pulse airflow. This dislodged dust is then efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation is engineered to maximize pulse cleaning efficiency and prevent any secondary dust accumulation, ensuring consistent operational excellence.
