The CDC compact cartridge dust collector is designed with versatility in mind, allowing you to select cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. When the dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are captured through initial filtration, settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are efficiently intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. The clean air then passes through the cartridges' inner walls and is discharged into the clean room by the fan, ensuring a pristine environment.

Our advanced dust collector features an automatic cleaning system that ensures optimal performance and longevity. When the electromagnetic valve opens, compressed air is directed through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. The resulting high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, which is then neatly collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation enhances pulse cleaning efficiency and is specifically designed to prevent secondary dust accumulation, ensuring consistently high-performance and cleaner air output.
