Compact Cartridge Dust Collector - Efficient & Space-Saving
The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers customizable cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. As the dusty air enters the collector, larger, heavier particles are efficiently captured and settle at the base of the dust collection box during initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer and lighter particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then passes through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room and being expelled by a fan.
Featuring an advanced automatic cleaning system, our dust collector ensures optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve opens, allowing compressed air to powerfully blow through the pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring it's efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency and significantly reduces the risk of secondary dust accumulation.
