As dusty exhaust enters the system, larger and heavier particles are effectively knocked down and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration phase. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are meticulously captured on the outer surface of the cartridges, while the purified air gracefully passes through the inner wall of the cartridges, entering the clean room and being seamlessly discharged by the fan.

Experience seamless maintenance with the dust collector's advanced automatic cleaning system. The electromagnetic valve precisely opens, allowing a burst of compressed air to flow through the blowing pipes and onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow proficiently dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is then efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
The ingeniously designed vertical cartridge installation ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency while preventing any secondary dust accumulation, maintaining pristine air quality.
