The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers flexible cartridge options tailored to various dust environments. As dusty exhaust infiltrates the system, larger and heavier particles are initially filtered out, settling at the base of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are efficiently captured on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then seamlessly traverses the inner walls of the cartridges and is vented into the clean room for safe discharge by the fan.

This advanced dust collector employs an automatic cleaning system to maintain cartridge efficiency. The electromagnetic valve activates, allowing compressed air to surge through the blowing pipes and onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridge surfaces, ensuring it is collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of the cartridges guarantees exceptional pulse cleaning efficiency while effectively minimizing secondary dust accumulation.
