The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is designed for flexible performance, allowing you to select cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. As dust-laden exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during initial filtration. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted by the outer surface of the cartridges, while purified air passes through the inner walls, entering the clean room for discharge by the fan.

Featuring an automatic cleaning system, the dust collector efficiently cleans the cartridges. The electromagnetic valve activates to release compressed air, which is directed through blowing pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow dislodges accumulated dust from the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring it is collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation is a key feature, ensuring high pulse cleaning efficiency while effectively preventing secondary dust accumulation.
