The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is engineered to adapt to various dust conditions by offering a selection of specialized cartridges. Upon entry into the collector, larger and heavier dust particles are immediately filtered, colliding and settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are efficiently intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. The system allows only clean air to pass through the inner walls of the cartridges, ensuring a pristine environment as the air is discharged by the fan.

The dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system to maintain optimal performance. An electromagnetic valve opens to release compressed air through the blowing pipes, directing high-pressure pulse airflow onto the cartridges. This powerful airflow dislodges dust from the cartridges' exterior surfaces, which is then collected in the dust collection box, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation design maximizes pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents secondary dust accumulation, maintaining peak performance.
