The CDC Compact Pulse Dust Removable Air Filter System offers versatile cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. Upon entering the system, larger and heavier particles are immediately separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration phase. Meanwhile, finer and lighter particles are efficiently intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then passes seamlessly through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room for discharge by a powerful fan, ensuring the environment remains uncontaminated.

The dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for effortless maintenance. An electromagnetic valve opens to allow a powerful burst of compressed air to traverse the blowing pipes and reach the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surfaces of the cartridges, which is then collected in the dust collection box, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the system.
The vertical cartridge installation design not only guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency but also prevents secondary dust accumulation, ensuring consistently high performance and minimal maintenance requirements.
