The CDC compact cartridge dust collector is engineered to meet various dust conditions by offering a selection of cartridges tailored to different needs. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately captured and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted on the outer surfaces of the cartridges. Clean air then passes through the inner wall of the cartridges, entering the clean room for discharge by the fan, ensuring a cleaner, healthier environment.

This innovative dust collector features an automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. The electromagnetic valve opens, allowing compressed air to blow through the specialized blowing pipes onto the cartridges. The high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges accumulated dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, which is then collected in the dust collection box, ensuring peak operational efficiency and prolonged cartridge life.
The vertical cartridge installation design guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency and eliminates the risk of secondary dust accumulation, maintaining optimal performance and cleanliness standards.
