The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers versatile cartridge selection based on various dust conditions. When dusty exhaust enters, larger, heavier particles collide and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box through initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer, lighter dust particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges, with clean air passing through the inner wall of the cartridges and entering the clean room for fan-assisted discharge.

The dust collector features an automatic cleaning system that efficiently cleans the cartridges. The electromagnetic valve opens, allowing compressed air to blow through the pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is then collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents secondary dust accumulation.
