COMPACT CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers adaptable filtration with cartridge selection tailored to varying dust conditions. As contaminated air enters the system, larger particles are efficiently captured and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Simultaneously, finer dust particles are trapped on the cartridges' outer surfaces, while purified air flows through the cartridges' inner walls, eventually being expelled by the fan into the clean room.

The dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. Through an electromagnetic valve, compressed air is directed through blowing pipes onto the cartridges, creating a high-pressure pulse that effectively dislodges accumulated dust from their surfaces, which is then collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of the cartridges ensures optimal pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents secondary dust build-up, maintaining superior performance and reliability.
