The CDC compact cartridge dust collector from Mayair(Nanjing)Environmental Solutions Co., Ltd offers customizable cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger, heavier particles are efficiently separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration phase. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are effectively intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean, purified air then passes seamlessly through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room for optimal discharge by the fan.

Our state-of-the-art dust collector employs an advanced automatic cleaning system to maintain peak performance. When the electromagnetic valve opens, compressed air is channeled through the blowing pipes directly onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges any accumulated dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, which then conveniently settles into the dust collection box.
Designed with a vertical cartridge installation, our dust collector ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents secondary dust accumulation, guaranteeing consistent and reliable operation.

On this compact and highly efficient dust collector, a unique round filter
cartridge is adopted. Pulse back-blowing cleaning significantly enhances

The convenient and fast-access drawer system allows for easier
cleanup of collected dust and more straightforward equipment
maintenance.
UNIVERSAL WHEEL (OPTIONAL)
