The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatile cartridge selection tailored to various dust conditions. Upon entry, dusty exhaust undergoes preliminary filtration, with larger, heavier particles settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are effectively intercepted on the cartridges' outer surfaces. Clean air then passes through the inner cartridge walls and enters the clean room for efficient discharge by the fan.

Our dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for cartridges. The electromagnetic valve activates to channel compressed air through blow pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges accumulated dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, ensuring optimal dust collection in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation is engineered to maximize pulse cleaning efficiency while preventing secondary dust accumulation, ensuring consistently high performance.
