The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers unparalleled adaptability with its selection of cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust infiltrates the system, larger, heavier particles are immediately directed to the base of the dust collection box through initial filtration. Simultaneously, finer particles are expertly intercepted on the cartridges' exterior surfaces, allowing only purified air to traverse the inner walls and be seamlessly discharged into the clean room by the fan.

Our dust collector employs an advanced automatic cleaning system to maintain optimal performance. Upon activation, the electromagnetic valve releases compressed air, which propels through the blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring it is efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
With vertical cartridge installation, the system guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency, effectively mitigating any risk of secondary dust build-up.
