The innovative CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers customizable cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty air enters the system, larger and heavier particles are effectively captured and settled at the bottom of the dust collection box through initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are meticulously intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. The clean, filtered air then gracefully passes through the inner walls of the cartridges, finally entering the clean room to be discharged by the fan.

This state-of-the-art dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. When the electromagnetic valve activates, it allows compressed air to surge through the blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. The high-pressure pulse airflow efficiently dislodges dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, ensuring that it is collected in the dust collection box.
The intelligent vertical cartridge installation guarantees optimal pulse cleaning efficiency while effectively preventing secondary dust accumulation.
