Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers customizable cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. As dust-laden air enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered out and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer particles are captured on the outer surfaces of the cartridges, allowing only clean air to pass through the inner walls of the cartridges and into the clean room, where it is safely discharged by the fan.

An advanced automatic cleaning system ensures the dust collector remains efficient. When the electromagnetic valve activates, it releases compressed air through the blowing pipes and onto the cartridges. This powerful pulse of high-pressure air effectively dislodges dust from the outer surfaces of the cartridges, which is then collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of the cartridges guarantees maximum pulse cleaning efficiency, eliminating the risk of secondary dust accumulation.
