The CDC compact cartridge dust collector is meticulously designed to cater to various dust conditions by offering customizable cartridge options. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are initially filtered and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are expertly trapped on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then passes through the inner wall of the cartridges and is safely discharged into the cleanroom by the fan.

The process begins as the electromagnetic valve opens, allowing compressed air to channel through the blowing pipes and onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is then collected in the dust collection box, ensuring a pristine and dust-free environment.
