Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatile cartridge selection tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty air enters, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered out, settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are efficiently intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges, allowing only clean air to pass through the inner walls and be safely discharged by the fan.

Our dust collector boasts an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. An electromagnetic valve triggers compressed air to flow through blow pipes aimed at the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridge surfaces, capturing it in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The vertical installation of the cartridges ensures optimal pulse cleaning efficiency, significantly reducing the risk of secondary dust accumulation.

GARBAGE BOX
The drawer-style garbage box is designed for quick and easy dust disposal,
making equipment maintenance simpler and more convenient.
This design promotes operational efficiency and ease of use.
