The CDC compact cartridge dust collector is engineered to accommodate different dust conditions with a variety of cartridge options. When dusty air enters the system, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Finer, lighter particles are captured on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then passes through the inner walls of the cartridges and is efficiently discharged by the fan.

For effortless maintenance, the dust collector employs an automatic cleaning system. An electromagnetic valve activates to allow compressed air to flow through blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, which then accumulates in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of the cartridges maximizes pulse cleaning efficiency and significantly reduces the risk of secondary dust accumulation.
