The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately directed to the bottom of the dust collection box during initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are efficiently captured on the cartridges' outer surface. Clean air then passes through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room for discharge by the fan.

The dust collector employs an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. When the electromagnetic valve opens, compressed air flows through the blowing pipes and onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surfaces of the cartridges, depositing it into the dust collection box below.
The vertical cartridge installation design guarantees high pulse cleaning efficiency, ensuring that secondary dust accumulation is minimized.
