The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is designed for superior performance, tailored to various dust conditions with customizable cartridge options. As dusty exhaust enters the unit, larger, heavier particles are efficiently filtered out, settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are expertly intercepted by the outer surface of the cartridges. The result is clean air passing through the cartridges' inner walls, entering the clean room, and being discharged by the fan.

Equipped with an advanced automatic cleaning system, the dust collector ensures cartridges remain in peak condition. The electromagnetic valve activates, allowing compressed air to flow through the blowing pipes directly onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, efficiently collecting it in the dust collection box below.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation maximizes cleaning efficiency while preventing secondary dust accumulation, ensuring your environment remains clean and safe.
