The CDC compact cartridge dust collector provides versatile options for selecting cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. As the dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered, colliding and settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Finer, lighter dust particles are intercepted on the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring that only clean air passes through the inner wall of the cartridges, which is then channeled into the clean room for discharge via the fan.

The dust collector is equipped with an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. Through the activation of the electromagnetic valve, compressed air is directed through blowing pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, ensuring it is collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of the cartridges guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents the risk of secondary dust accumulation.
