The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored for various dust conditions. As the dusty exhaust enters the system, larger and heavier particles are immediately captured and settle at the bottom of the collection box during the initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer and lighter particles are efficiently intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean, purified air passes seamlessly through the inner walls of the cartridges and is released into the clean room by the strategically positioned fan.

This advanced dust collector is equipped with an automatic cleaning system for optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve operates to release compressed air, directing powerful blasts through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. The resulting high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surfaces of the cartridges, which is then efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation design enhances high pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevents secondary dust accumulation, ensuring sustained operational excellence.
