The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is engineered to handle various dust conditions with precision. As dusty air enters the unit, larger and heavier particles settle at the bottom of the dust collection box through initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer particles are captured on the outer surface of the cartridges, allowing only clean, purified air to pass through the cartridge inner walls and be discharged by the fan.

Our advanced dust collector features an automatic cleaning system for optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve activates to channel compressed air through the blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. The resulting high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is then collected in the dust collection box.
Vertically installed cartridges enhance pulse cleaning efficiency and prevent secondary dust build-up, ensuring sustained high performance and cleaner air.
