The CDC compact cartridge dust collector can be customized with cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately diverted to the bottom of the dust collection box during the initial filtration stage. Subsequently, finer and lighter dust particles are effectively trapped on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air is then effortlessly drawn through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room and being expelled by the integrated fan.

Our innovative dust collector employs an advanced automatic cleaning system to maintain cartridge efficiency. The system activates an electromagnetic valve, releasing a burst of compressed air that travels through the blowing pipes. This high-pressure pulse of air effectively dislodges dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, ensuring it is collected in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The vertical installation of the cartridges guarantees optimal pulse cleaning efficiency while preventing any secondary dust accumulation, ensuring sustained performance and cleaner environments.
