The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during initial filtration. Finer and lighter dust particles are caught on the outer surface of the cartridges, allowing only clean air to pass through the inner walls of the cartridges and into the clean room, where it is discharged by the fan.

The dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. When the electromagnetic valve opens, compressed air flows through the blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, ensuring the dust is collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation design guarantees exceptional pulse cleaning efficiency, significantly reducing secondary dust accumulation and ensuring optimal performance.
