The CDC compact cartridge dust collector is designed with versatility in mind, allowing you to select cartridges tailored to specific dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, the larger, heavier particles are immediately intercepted and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. For finer, lighter particles, they are efficiently captured on the outer surface of the cartridges, while clean, filtered air passes through the inner walls of the cartridges and is then discharged into the clean room by the fan.

Experience superior cartridge cleaning with our automatic system. When the electromagnetic valve activates, compressed air is directed through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, ensuring that it is collected in the dust collection box efficiently.
Our unique vertical cartridge installation ensures maximum pulse cleaning efficiency, significantly reducing the risk of secondary dust accumulation. This design optimizes performance and durability.
