Revolutionary Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatile cartridge selections tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles undergo initial filtration and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then passes through the inner wall of the cartridges, entering the clean room for discharge by the fan.

This advanced dust collector employs an automatic cleaning system to maintain optimal performance. An electromagnetic valve opens to release compressed air through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. The powerful high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is systematically collected in the dust collection box.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency, significantly reducing the risk of secondary dust accumulation.
