The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is designed to adapt to various dust conditions by offering a selection of specialized cartridges. As dusty exhaust enters the device, larger and heavier particles are immediately separated and fall to the bottom of the collection box. Meanwhile, finer and lighter particles are trapped on the cartridges' outer surface, allowing only clean air to pass through the inner wall and be safely discharged by the fan into the clean room.

Equipped with an advanced automatic cleaning system, the dust collector ensures efficient maintenance of the cartridges. The system uses an electromagnetic valve to release compressed air, which is directed through blowing pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse of air effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which then settles into the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of the cartridges significantly enhances pulse cleaning efficiency and prevents the risk of secondary dust accumulation, ensuring a consistently high level of performance.
