Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers exceptional adaptability, allowing you to choose cartridges tailored to varying dust conditions. As the dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger and heavier particles are immediately intercepted and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box, thanks to the initial filtration process. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are effectively trapped on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean, purified air then passes through the inner wall of the cartridges, making its way into the clean room, where it is efficiently discharged by the fan.

This advanced dust collector features an automatic cleaning system that ensures optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve activates to release compressed air through the blowing pipes directly onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surface of the cartridges, efficiently collecting it in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency, significantly reducing the risk of secondary dust accumulation and ensuring long-lasting performance.
