Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the unit, larger and heavier particles are immediately captured and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer, lighter dust particles are effectively intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air is then filtered through the inner walls of the cartridges, ensuring only fresh, purified air is discharged by the fan into the clean room.

The dust collector is equipped with an automatic cleaning system that efficiently maintains cartridge performance. When the electromagnetic valve activates, compressed air is released through blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is subsequently collected in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The vertical installation of the cartridges guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency while effectively preventing secondary dust accumulation.
