Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers customizable cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. Upon entry, larger and heavier particles are filtered and settle in the dust collection box. Finer, lighter dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the cartridges, while purified air passes through the cartridge interiors, exiting into the clean room via the fan.

Equipped with an automatic cleaning system, this dust collector ensures efficient maintenance. The electromagnetic valve releases compressed air through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. The high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridge surfaces, which is then collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of cartridges guarantees optimal pulse cleaning efficiency and prevents secondary dust accumulation, ensuring long-lasting performance.
